Origo provides a high value, high quality BPO service which helps onshore teams reduce their workload. They had no Marketing expertise in their Executive team, so there was a large gap to be filled. In the past, Origo had several marketing agencies come up with all sorts of fancy brands and concepts, but that was about as far as they got.

The solution came out of a one-day intensive Mini Roadmap session which end to end was three full days. One of the Marketing Directors in Melbourne ran the session with Origo and gave the business clear objectives and methods to get to where they needed to go.

I like the fact there were no hidden costs and no up-front payments with SSG. All the other agencies wanted us to spend up front but with SSG, nothing happened until we felt comfortable and satisfied with the process we were engaging with.
